The Female Orgasm Training Institute advances a new way of understanding how women become orgasmic — not as a technique to be mastered, but as a capacity the nervous system can learn.
Our work is grounded in Orgasmic Learning, a state-dependent framework for understanding how orgasmic access can be developed, strengthened, restored, and expanded through multiple evidence-supported pathways. Rather than teaching stimulation or sexual technique alone, we teach the nervous-system conditions under which orgasm becomes accessible — conditions studied and advanced through the Female Orgasm Research Institute.
The Institute translates that research into education, training, and practical application for women and for the professionals who work with them.

Suzanne Mulvehill, PhD, MBA

Suzanne Mulvehill is a Clinical Sexologist and Orgasmologist whose work focuses on female orgasmic difficulty, Orgasmic Learning, and the multiple pathways through which women may access orgasm.
Her published research includes studies examining cannabis and female orgasmic function, and her current work has expanded into the development of the Orgasmic Learning framework and the Neuroregulatory Model of Female Orgasm, which examine orgasm as a state-dependent nervous-system process rather than simply the result of increasing stimulation.
Mulvehill is also Executive Director of the Female Orgasm Research Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing research on female orgasm and female orgasmic difficulty.
Through the Female Orgasm Training Institute, she translates emerging research into education, professional training, and practical approaches designed to help women develop greater access to orgasm.
Genester Wilson-King, MD, FACOG

Genester Wilson-King is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, hormone specialist, and medical cannabis physician with extensive experience supporting women's physical, hormonal, sexual, and overall health. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based conventional medicine, cannabinoid therapeutics, hormone optimization, and individualized care.
A recognized leader in cannabinoid medicine, Wilson-King serves as President of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and has contributed to research examining the relationship between cannabis and female sexual function.
As a member of the Female Orgasm Training Institute care team, Wilson-King provides the medical component of Becoming Orgasmic with Medical Cannabis. Throughout the 12-week program, she provides individualized medical cannabis consultations, helps participants develop personalized cannabis strategies, guides dosing and product selection, monitors response and safety, and provides medical support throughout each participant's orgasmic learning process.
The Women's Cannabis Project
The Women's Cannabis Project is the policy arm of the Female Orgasm Research Institute, working to get female orgasmic disorder and related women's health conditions recognized for medical cannabis treatment. Its advocacy has already led two U.S. states to add female orgasmic disorder as a qualifying condition, and the Project continues to work with advocates and legislators across the U.S. and internationally to gain recognition for four women's health conditions under medical cannabis law.
